Bug Fixes & Updates

Couple of necessary bug fixes today:

- Fixes quests and achievements spontaneously resetting

- Fixes an issue where talking to NPCs  behaved erratically

- Fixes door entrance not opening up after "Bulky Situation" quest

Some additions:

- Starting areas NPCs are now more lively and roam randomly
